Universal Life Church - CHAPEL SERVICES - SERMONS

ULC Online SermonsWelcome to the Chapel Services section of the Seminary.

From here, you can access all of our sermons, where we hope to educate, enlighten, and inform. All of the sermons in this section have been submitted by ministers, like yourself, who want to share what they believe. We welcome all sermons and look forward to being able to post them for all. Our seminary students receive emails every two weeks as part of their free enrolment and one of the discourses is about writing sermons. Sermons have various parts to them, just as weddings and funeral do. The sermons you can read online here are the 'message' part, which is similar to an essay about a topic. Complete services have prayers, offertories, blessings, opening statements, candle-lighting ceremonies, songs and possibly more. Not all sermons will have the same set-up, the same way the weddings are not all formatted the same way.

We have three sections of guest sermons: Spiritual Sermons, Christian Sermons and Pagan ' Sermons'. The guest sermons represent the views of some of our ministers. We welcome your views as well. If you'd like to submit a sermon of any length, please send it to guestsermon@ulcseminary.org. You can pick any topic of interest to you to share with the many ministers who visit our site. The seminary is interfaith and non-denominational, so you will find a variety of interesting viewpoints expressed here.

Please select from the three sermon sections you wish to view or some of the areas that might interest you too:

Christian Sermons - This section has a large list of Christian sermons, written by our ministers or found on the internet. You are also welcome to sign up to have them mailed to you every week.
Absolution of Sins - If you believe in confession and being absolved of your sins, there is a video on this page, as well as information on how you can do this. The form on the page is private and for your use.
Sunday School - This section is primarily Christian-related, since I don't know that Pagans have any sort of Sunday school, but you are welcome to look through this and see if there are lessons that may be of interest. You can also sign up to have some emailed to you every week. Starting A Church - In this section, you can learn to start a church of any type, using the ULC name or a name of your choice. There are many sections that you can go to which will have samples of the various types of forms required to start a church of your own. You can use these pages as templates to get your own information together.
Spiritual Sermons - This section has a lot of spiritual sermons and writings, as well as an option to have different ones mailed to you weekly for free. As part of it, there is a free spiritual growth series that many have found to be of great use to them. They are free to read and sign up for. Pagan Sermons - I know that Pagans don't have services and 'sermons' in the same sense that other religions do, but this section has a number of writings about what it is to be a Pagan minister. You may, of course, please send your own writings to add to it. When there are enough of them, we will add it as an option to mail them weekly.
FAQs - The ULC Seminary has an extensive collection of Frequently Asked Questions, both about our church and about a variety of other religions. These have been submitted by ministers of those faiths, so if you would like to submit some or see things you'd like corrected, please let me know. FORUM - The ULC has an active forum where students can post their lesson work or discuss their classes, as well as just engage in discussions with other ministers. It's free to sign up for and you can find topics of all types listed here. Please join us to talk and debate (politely) with other ministers.

As mentioned above , you can access our Online Confession and Absolution of Sins page, if this is within your belief system. You can give thought to your actions and release yourself from the burden of guilt. Many people spend their lives reliving and regretting past actions. By confessing them in writing and genuinely seeking to improve your behaviour, you can release your guilt and move on. Please take a moment to look at it and see if there's anything you'd like to let go of.

If you have any other services you'd like to see posted here or anywhere else on the site, please send your requests to webmaster@ulcseminary.org.

Thank you.
