The various sites can be confusing, so those who wish to associate with the one and only Universal Life Church Headquarters in Modesto, CA, I will make a clear list of who owns what. You should be aware that often, domain names are purchased to keep other people from buying them and doing nefarious things with them and are generally just used to be forwarded to a main site or to a specific page of interest on that site.
As you will see, other times domain names are bought for other purposes. You can draw your own conclusions as to the intentions of those involved. The list is complete as far as Headquarters, Kevin Andrews' sites, and the Seminary's site (Amy Long). Those owned by the monastery are vast and the list below in incomplete. If you know of others that need to be added, please email me and I will.
**MODESTO: These are owned by ULC in Modesto - the true headquarters of the original Universal Life Church.
ulchq.com - main site
**ULC SEMINARY: These are owned by the ULC Seminary, either as small sites, such as blogs, as forwards to the main site, or, with the last three, as forwards to a specific page of information on the site.
**ULC ONLINE: These are owned by Kevin Andrews. Some, as you can see, are just sub-domains of his existing site, but are mentioned because lower in the list you will see some domains that are eerily similar. Kevin's site is known as 'ulc online' as well as 'the bookstore' by some.
MICHAEL CAULEY'S SITE IN FL - Michael Cauley ('Brother Michael') is in no way connected to the Universal Life Church. He never has been. He is headquarters of himself only. It has been reported to me that he makes it a practice to harrass and insult people who talk with him and that money seems to be of the utmost importance to him.
MONASTERY - These are some of the domain names that are owned by the Monastery. This is in no way a complete list. As a matter of fact, as I was checking some of the other domain names above, with a change of the .net or .com, I kept finding more and more domain names owned by them. We are at or nearing 300 domain names thus far. It's difficult to track them because they use proxy servers to register their domains, which keeps their name a secret. But many of these are forwarded directly to their main site or one of their other many sites.
I have put in bold some of the ones that are very similar to those of other sites listed above and are the most likely to be confused with ones connected to the Universal Life Church Headquarters.
